Campus Living Villages (CLV) is a leading provider of student accommodation, known for creating safe, modern, and community-focused living environments. At Belgrave View in Birmingham, CLV manages a high-rise property of 210 en-suite bedrooms arranged in clusters of five. Conveniently located near both the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City University, Belgrave View remains a popular choice for students seeking quality accommodation in the city.
Harris Evolution was commissioned to deliver a full refurbishment across floors three to seventeen in preparation for the new academic year. The programme involved redecoration works, including the introduction of feature walls to refresh and modernise the bedrooms, the installation of new flooring, and upgraded energy-efficient lighting.
Fire safety measures were also enhanced with the installation of protective pads behind light fittings, while bedrooms received additional upgrades with new blinds and the selective replacement of mattresses and beds to improve comfort. To ensure client satisfaction, sample rooms were completed at the outset, providing CLV with the opportunity to review and approve the proposed finishes before wider works commenced.
The refurbishment was completed within a challenging 8 week programme, delivered on time and within budget. The result is a series of modernised, high-quality interiors that enhance the student experience and further strengthen CLV’s reputation as a leading PBSA operator.
