Various refurbishment works carried out on seven student accommodation blocks at Plymouth University. An 8-week project completed over the summer period, ready for the new academic year.
Works included the replacement of 198 vanity tables, full strip out and installation of 16 kitchens and a refresh of 48 bedrooms and numerous corridors and stairwells. The project also involved boiler replacement works across two of the blocks.
As the Principal Contractor, Harris Evolution managed all trades, material procurement, and health and safety, whilst the clients design team provided specifications and drawings.
