The refurbishment of the Merek Groups office is not just a cosmetic upgrade; it represents a complete re-imagination of the workspace that respects the company’s heritage while driving it towards a future of productivity and creativity. The project ambitiously converted a former two-story industrial warehouse into a modern office centre, seamlessly blending with the ongoing operational rhythm.

Operating in a bustling setting, we embarked on a thorough CAT B office renovation across two levels, prioritising minimal disruptions to the client’s workflow. The project included relocating 50 team members along with their crucial IT and data systems twice, all while overseeing a complete teardown and reconstruction within a tight ten-week schedule.

Employing a phased strategy, our team focused on one floor at a time, ensuring thorough planning in all aspects, from relocating staff to rerouting cables. Detailed checklists and weekend operations facilitated smooth transitions for both staff and equipment, reducing disruptions and paving the way for a successful transformation. Post-relocation, our dedicated team efficiently removed walls, furniture, floor coverings, ceilings, and electrical components.

Innovative work areas were created featuring state-of-the-art electric adjustable desks, updated power and data connections, and stylish glass-enclosed meeting spaces. Enhanced ventilation systems were installed to provide comfort and sophistication in these collaborative settings.

The newly renovated Merek Office now radiates a vibe of energetic productivity, boosting staff morale and improving efficiency. Each stage of this renovation project showcased our unwavering commitment to adapting flexibly to clients’ needs while ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
