At Logans, the renovation project was significant, involving the transformation of a 5-bedroom property into a more functional and inviting living space. The renovation saw the conversion of 4 bedrooms and the addition of a self-contained apartment.
To enhance the daily living experience of the residents, new kitchens were installed alongside a laundry room and a communal lounge, fostering a sense of community and improved functionality.
The outdoor areas received much-needed upgrades, contributing to the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal of the property. Furthermore, the installation of new windows and doors not only boosted the property’s energy efficiency but also revitalised its appearance.
Similarly, at Holyfield, the renovation efforts were focused on creating a modern, welcoming environment through the refurbishment of 3 self-contained apartments and 2 ensuite bedrooms. These updates were carefully designed to meet the evolving needs of the residents, ensuring that each apartment provided a comfortable and private living space.
