Richard joined Harris Evolution as a Contracts Manager in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Beard and MD Group. With over 30 years in construction and project management, Richard boasts a proven track record of delivering successful projects, even in live environments where meticulous planning, coordination, and exceptional neighbourly communication are crucial.

Richard has effectively delivered numerous fast-track projects, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience. He excels in engaging with suppliers and specialists to execute complex programs of work. As a Contracts Manager for some of our blue-chip clients, Richard is responsible for formulating clear handover plans, which include the prompt completion of O&M manuals prior to Practical Completion.

Richard's expertise shines in managing logistically challenging schemes. Noteworthy projects under his belt include the £3.2m refurbishment of Thames Valley Police's training center in Sulhamstead, the £1.0m remodelling and refurbishment of Chester Park School's existing buildings in a live environment in Bristol, the £1.45m construction of a new DT Block at St Joseph's School in Lavistock, and the £1.8m refurbishment of dormitory facilities at the Royal High School for Girls in Bath.
