Harris Evolution were appointed as the Principal Contractor to convert an existing bike store into a fully equipped gym at a large student accommodation block in Bath.

The project involved a complete remodelling of the space which included redecorations, installation of a new water fountain, a full M&E package, new flooring, LED lighting, CCTV installation, and pipework alterations.

Saarfloor Noppe Stud Polyflor was installed throughout, and acoustics were added to the walls neighbouring the bedrooms. The bike racks were repositioned, and a new HVAC system was installed to provide better ventilation into the room.
