Park Street is one of the most well-known roads in Bristol, with a highly regarded reputation for its nightlife and retail outfits. With the main Bristol University building just up the hill and the infamous Bristol waterfront just down the hill, it truly is an ideal location for a student accommodation abode.
Urban Creation tasked us with transforming the flats into high-end, luxury apartments before the property joined their existing impressive accommodation portfolio.
Harris Evolution were appointed to remodel and refurbish the building in Summer 2020. With a tight deadline and students moving in early October, detailed programming and expert project management were critical to delivering the project on time and on budget.
Works included rebuilding internal structures, a replacement of all sash windows, new kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery.
A new roof terrace provides access for residents to enjoy the vibrant hustle and bustle of the busy city centre landmark street.
