Project in detail
Harris Evolution were appointed to remodel and refurbish the building in Summer 2020. With a tight deadline and students moving in early October, detailed programming and expert project management were critical to delivering the project on time and on budget.
Works included rebuilding internal structures, a replacement of all sash windows, new kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery.
A new roof terrace provides access for residents to enjoy the vibrant hustle and bustle of the busy city centre landmark street.
