A high-spec refresh in a high-rise student home.

When Paris Gardens, a high-end student accommodation building, needed to refurbish their common room on the top floor, they knew who to call. Our expertise and experience meant that we were confident the project would be finished in the four weeks time frame.

The level of work was both complex and substantial, as any refurbishment in central London tends to be. Our team here at Harris Evolution dove headlong into the project, planning the project with military-style precision. The work came in on time, and included full preparation and decoration, mechanical and electrical installation throughout, new herringbone LVT flooring, furniture removal, created of timber wall dividers and fitting bespoke furniture throughout creating unique study spaces.

The whole programme was a success, and our relationship continued with further student accommodation projects.
