Situated in Nottingham city centre, Nova is a well-established purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) offering a range of high-quality facilities. The development features dedicated study areas, a gym, multiple social and leisure rooms, and communal spaces designed to support both academic and social life.
Harris Evolution was appointed to refurbish four key social and leisure spaces across three floors: the Study Room, the Lounge, the Games Room, and the Events Room. The programme of works included full redecoration, featuring painting, the installation of cork wall panels, and new wallpaper, alongside upgraded lighting and the renewal of furniture to enhance comfort and style.
The scheme placed a strong emphasis on quality finishes and atmosphere, combining contemporary wall treatments and lighting improvements with carefully selected furniture. The result is a set of welcoming, functional spaces that enrich the student experience and complement the wider facilities at Nova.
All works were completed with careful planning to minimise disruption, ensuring residents retained access to communal facilities throughout. The project has delivered a fresh, modern environment that reflects Nova’s commitment to providing high-quality student living.
