iQ Lincoln Pavilions, Summer 2024

Located just a 5-minute walk away from the University of Lincoln campus, Pavilion provides high-end student living for up to 1500 residents. The site offers a choice of en suite rooms, apartments and studios split across two buildings. As part of the clients’ focus to enhance student well-being, the two social spaces situated within the accommodation blocks were included within their annual refurbishment programme. The focus of the investment was on upgrading the existing facilities, to provide a new cinema room, kitchen area with a private dining space and a karaoke room. Manalo & White Architects worked closely with our architect to design a social space that provided a nurturing environment for shared living. Once the design specifications and drawings were firmed up, the project was then novated to Harris Evolution to undertake the works as part of a Design and Build contract.
