Padel People’s Corsham facility was refurbished to create a new indoor padel venue within an existing building. The project was delivered in phases, allowing the venue to open on programme while additional facilities were completed post-opening.
Harris Evolution was appointed to deliver the works through a phased programme aligned with a fixed opening requirement. The first phase of works was completed over a six-week period and enabled the venue to open to the public in line with the agreed opening programme. This phase included the delivery of the padel courts, office accommodation and toilet facilities, providing the essential infrastructure required for the facility to become operational.
The second phase of works followed over a further two-week period and focused on enhancing the supporting amenities within the venue. This phase included the construction of new shower and changing room facilities, together with the formation of a DDA-compliant bathroom, improving accessibility and user experience for players and visitors.
The project required careful coordination to manage the transition between phases while maintaining programme certainty around the opening requirements. Through structured planning and close collaboration with the client, Harris Evolution successfully delivered a modern and fully functional padel facility within an eight-week programme, supporting Padel People’s operational requirements and the successful operation of the Corsham venue.
