The refurbishment of 51 bedrooms at the Holiday Inn Express, Cheltenham. A 5 story-building, with a mix of double, twin and accessible rooms, finished to a high standard, in keeping with the brands chain-mandated requirements.
The project involved enhancing the previously upgraded generation 4 bedrooms. Works included a full strip out of the existing fixtures and fittings, full decorations, new flooring, installation of new furniture and new shower screens.
As this was a live environment, works were completed in five phases with Harris Evolution taking possess of one floor at a time, leaving the remaining rooms operational. To limit disruption, strict curfews were put in place so that works did not impact guest experience.
