Avery Care, Bagshot Gardens
Bagshot Gardens was refurbished to enhance key communal areas within the care home. The works focused on improving the overall environment for residents, visitors and staff, while upgrading finishes and facilities throughout the property.
Harris Evolution delivered the refurbishment works, including the redecoration of corridors and living spaces, together with the installation of new high-quality flooring throughout. The spa facilities were fully upgraded, alongside improvements to both DDA-compliant and visitor bathrooms.
Further works included a kitchen uplift and the installation of bespoke joinery within the activity room and lounge areas, creating more functional and welcoming spaces for residents. The project was carefully planned and coordinated to ensure efficient delivery while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
As the project was delivered within a live care home environment, works were carefully phased and coordinated to minimise disruption to residents, staff and visitors. Areas were sectioned off during the programme, with works temporarily paused where access to rooms was required, ensuring the day-to-day operation of the home could continue safely throughout.
Through close collaboration with the client, Harris Evolution successfully delivered a refreshed and well-presented care home environment that supports day-to-day operations and enhances the overall resident experience.
