Kristian Kelly

Kristian has been involved in the Construction sector since 2016 and more recently has worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.  He has a detailed knowledge of the hotel and leisure sector and worked with some of the UK’s largest hotel and retail chains.

Kristian started his career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor running a national reactive maintenance contract for a large blue-chip client.  During this time Kristian completed his HNC in Construction in the Built Environment and was quickly promoted to the role of Lead Quantity Surveyor.

In search of a new challenge, Kristian joined Harris Evolution in 2022 as our Head of Commercial.  As our in-house Quantity Surveyor, Kristian ensures our projects remain on budget and equips our Operations team with monthly projections, valuations, surveys, as well as other key information that help maintain focus on project goals.
