Adam Scarsbrook

Adam holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and boasts a diverse portfolio of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs. His experience encompasses both traditional and design-and-build contracts, with project values ranging from £500k to £42.5 million. Adam has successfully led initiatives from £500k to £13 million, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from tendering to final accounting.

Adam excels in stakeholder engagement, procurement of sub-contractors and materials, and contract administration. He is adept at preparing cost-value reports, risk and opportunity schedules, and cash flows, and has experience in both internal and external forecasting and reporting.

Joining Harris Evolution in 2024 as a Quantity Surveyor, Adam brought with him 14 years of industry experience. He has predominantly worked with main contractors and developers, gaining extensive expertise in cost control and value maximization to achieve project targets. Adam is committed to fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that expectations and commitments are met. His strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work both reactively and proactively make him a valuable asset to any team.
