Sam Arathoon joined Harris Evolution in 2023 as a Degree Apprentice, embarking on a journey to become a Chartered Surveyor. While working with us, he is pursuing a part-time BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England. This RICS, CIOB, and ICES-accredited program equips Sam with the technical expertise needed to excel in the construction industry.
As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, Sam plays an integral role in supporting our projects by assisting with cost management, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. His contributions to key projects like Grandir Exeter Sowton Nursery, MHA Greenways in Bognor Regis, and Bright Stars Ashburton Nursery reflect his growing expertise and commitment to delivering value for our clients.
Once qualified, Sam will take on a more senior role as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Harris Evolution. He will oversee cost planning, contract administration, and project delivery, ensuring that each project is completed within budget and to the highest standards. With his dedication and passion, Sam is set to become an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted advisor to our clients.
