Paul Hands is an experienced Site Manager with a career in the construction industry spanning over three decades. Beginning his career as a subcontractor before progressing into site supervision and management roles, Paul brings extensive hands-on and leadership experience across fit-out and refurbishment projects. He has worked continuously within the commercial, retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, office, and defence sectors, with a particular focus on complex live environments and operational buildings.
Paul specialises in fit-out and refurbishment works and has extensive travel experience, having delivered projects across Europe, predominantly in Germany and Spain. For the past 15 years, he has been heavily involved in the delivery of projects throughout the London area. While based in the Midlands, Paul brings a flexible and mobile approach to project delivery, supporting schemes wherever required.
