Luke Cowan is a Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment and structural works across student accommodation, hospitality and commercial environments. He has worked on live, high-traffic sites, managing trades, maintaining programme and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
Since joining Harris Evolution, Luke has overseen refurbishment works to student accommodation schemes in Plymouth, including projects for IQ and UPP. His role involves coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site standards, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.
