Dean Robinson is a Project Manager with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, delivering refurbishment and new build projects across hotel and leisure, PBSA, care home, education and residential sectors. He has managed projects of varying scale and complexity, with responsibility for programme delivery, budget control and coordination of site teams across multiple live environments.
At Harris Evolution, Dean manages refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion, overseeing procurement, site operations and client delivery. His background includes national refurbishment programmes within the hospitality sector, alongside residential development and maintenance projects, providing him with a broad understanding of construction delivery, subcontractor management and maintaining quality and health and safety standards on site.
