Dean manages a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients and is trusted by some of the most recognisable brands on the UK high street. His leadership has been instrumental in supporting the successful delivery of major programmes and frameworks for these clients, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Beginning his career as a qualified electrician, Dean built a strong technical foundation before progressing through various operational roles including Site Manager, Estimator, and Contracts Manager. This hands-on experience underpins his practical, commercially focused leadership style and his ability to manage complex programmes across occupied and operational environments. Today, he leads Harris Evolution’s major accounts, including national frameworks for UPP and iQ, while also overseeing key relationships in the care, education, hospitality and residential sectors.
