Craig Arathoon is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with over a decade of experience leading complex refurbishment and new build projects throughout the UK. Holding an NVQ Level 6 in Construction and Contracting Operations Management, Craig combines strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in carpentry and joinery
Before joining Harris Evolution, Craig played a leading role in the successful delivery of projects for some of the UK’s most recognised retail brands, including Tesco, ASDA, M&S, Co-Op, Amazon, and Superdrug. His portfolio features standout projects such as the £9.5m refurbishment of Tesco Extra in Watford and the transformation of a former timber yard into a thriving commercial centre with tenants including Subway and Snap Fitness.
As Head of Operations at Harris Evolution, Craig is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects. He leads and supports the Project Management and Site Management teams, ensuring all schemes are appropriately resourced and well-coordinated. With a sharp focus on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement, Craig brings structure, strategy, and leadership to every project he oversees.
